AI Fluent HR

By using AI Fluent HR ("the Platform") you agree to these terms. The Platform is operated by Acalytica.

1. Accounts

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping credentials secure. Workspaces ("organisations") are administered by users with the org_admin role.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the AI features, attempt to extract training data, or upload prohibited content. See our Acceptable Use Policy.

3. Content & IP

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a licence to host, process and display that content as needed to deliver the service.

4. Subscription & billing

Paid plans renew automatically. You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the current term.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.

6. Disclaimer & liability

The Platform is provided "as is". AI output may be inaccurate; verify before relying on it for HR decisions. Our liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated to workspace admins.
