AI Fluent HR was built by practitioners who'd seen too many "AI for HR" courses that taught prompts that wouldn't survive contact with real payroll, performance, or POPIA questions. We took a different approach.

We organise everything around Anthropic's 4D Framework — Delegation, Description, Discernment, Diligence — because those four competencies are durable regardless of which assistant your organisation ends up standardising on.

Our principles

• Practice beats slides. Every module ends in the Practice Bay with rubric-scored coaching.
• POPIA-grade by default. No learner PII is sent to the LLM. Every call is logged. Tenants are strictly isolated.
• Tool-agnostic. We don't lock you into a vendor. The skills transfer.
• South African context. We coach in SA English, with SA labour-law nuance baked into our scenarios.
