Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data AI Fluent HR collects, how we use it, and your rights under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

What we collect

Account data (name, email), workspace data (organisation name, members), learning data (progress, scores, practice transcripts), and technical logs.

How we use it

To deliver the learning experience, generate certificates, surface analytics to workspace admins, and improve the product. We do not sell personal information.

AI processing

Practice sessions send anonymised prompts to AI providers. Learner PII is not included in those calls. All AI calls are logged.

Storage & retention

Data is stored in EU/US regions via our infrastructure providers. We retain workspace data while your account is active; deletion removes it within 30 days.

You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal information by contacting support@acalytica.com.
