How to play

  2. 2.Submit when you've flagged them all — you get points for hits and lose points for false flags.
  3. 3.Five rounds. Best of three plays counts on the leaderboard.

Tips

  • • Look for gendered nouns, ageist adjectives, and culture-fit language.
  • • 'Rockstar', 'aggressive', 'recent graduate' are classic flags.
  • • If a phrase signals a protected characteristic, flag it.
